
Clark vs Menifield live bout is rebooked for upcoming UFC event which is UFC 250 on June 6.
Alonzo Menifield will return for the first time in nearly a year to the UFC Octagon to fight against Devin Clark and be a part of UFC 250 on June 6 in 2020.
According to the multiple sources, Clark vs Menifield live fight will take place on June 6 and the contracts have been already signed which is issued by the UFC authority though the location or venue of this bout is yet to be announced by the UFC authority. Therefore, the bout is confirmed on June 6 event of UFC.
Since the UFC Minneapolis last June where Paul Craig was knocked out by Alonzo Menifield in the first round, Alonzo Menifield has not fought any fight. He has been dealing with various injuries since then. For this he had to pull out last December where he scheduled to fight against Trevor Smith at UFC Washington D.C.
In Menifield’s career, he maintains 2-0 UFC record with wins over Craig and Moreira by knockout. As a professional MMA fighting career the 32 years old carrying 8-0. He made his way to entering the UFC by wining over Dashawn Boatwright in just eight seconds on the Contender Series.
In the meanwhile, Devin Clark comes off a win over Dequan Townsend by decision at Rio Rancho event of UFC. Before that win Devin Clark suffered a submission in second round loss to Ryan Spann who is the teammate of Alonzo Menifield.
In the UFC Clark has been participate since 2016 and maintain 5-4 record where the notable wins come over Mike Rodrguez, Darko Stosic and Jake Collier.
These two fighters were scheduled to fight each other on May 2 at UFC Oklahoma City but like others, the event was also canceled due to outbreak of coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. The promotion of this fight quickly sought to rebook the bout and both Clark and Menifield agreed to make the bout happen on June 6 which is known as UFC 250.
The winner of Clark vs Menifield live fight will be either earned a ranked opponent fighter in their next MMA fight at UFC or break the top fifteen of the UFC light heavyweight division.
